Ladasitu is a grotesque female ghoul with a bloated belly, an exceptionally wide forehead, and long, twisted hair that hangs from the back of her head. Her face is twisted in a bizarre manner. She has abnormally long and skinny arms and legs, always hungering for the opportunity to suck the blood of young children. She roams around with her intestines hanging down below her neck. However, Ladasitu did not always enjoy feeding on blood. Unlike the Hays who sided with the gods during the Iron Age, she sided with humans. However, she was isolated from her village by her comrades after switching sides, and she struggled with hunger until she eventually killed her own child and drank its blood. After this incident, Ladasitu is said to have wandered from Sidhe.
