It is the only one of the underground fortress which can be found in the continent of Hatrel. It was used by Emperor Rubal as a military base incase the gods decide to invade Hatrel. Tocsique is a three storied underground military base which each floor being used for training specific troops. However this place remains abandoned due to disappearences and appearences of monsters.
